To guarantee these devices are providing the proper mixture of oxygen and medical air and to maximize the life and value of your facility’s investment, OEMs recommend that overhaul maintenance be performed every two years.
We currently overhaul and repair all blenders for:
- Biomed Devices
- Bird
- Maxtec
- Ohmeda/Ohio
- Sechrist
- Siemens
Our overhaul procedure is as follows:
First, all units are completely disassembled. Once disassembled, the units are sanitized overnight. Following sanitation, blenders are completely overhauled using new parts only. After reassembly, each unit is calibrated, leak tested, and quality tested according to OEM specifications.
Blender overhauls are generally in house for 2-3 days. We guarantee that your blenders perform properly for one year after service and guarantee cost savings in comparison to OEM pricing.
